As I consulted my doctor he said that please use whole grain products, which will release sugar at low pace showed some amazing results. Yes it worked out I lost 3 Kg after 7 months!!!

Last week I had an urgent meeting at Thodupuzha, at 11Am In Idukki District, Which is of 7 hours journey from my home District. My train starts from Trivandrum at 5 o clock morning. I had forgotten to set my alarm but I woke up early at 3 o clock.Thanks to my biological clock in my body I could reach the destination in time.
